Police say a Rushville woman was cited following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department ticketed Ashley Johnston, 38, of Rushville for operating while registration suspended.
The vehicle’s registration had been suspended for insurance lapse and Johnston was issued a ticket.
Johnston will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
