Seized Cayuga County mobile home park sold at auction

Locust Meadows, a mobile home park seized by Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, was sold at auction on Thursday, March 10.

The mobile home park was seized in fall 2021 after former owner Sharon Hitchings failed to address violations cited by the Cayuga County Health Department. The 7.8-acre property was purchased by Hitchings for $145,000 in 2015, according to The Citizen.
