Police report the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation into suspicious activity.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandon M. Stowell, 30, of Lyons for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
The charge stems from a complaint of a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road. Upon further investigation, it is believed Stowell was under the influence of drugs during the time he operated the vehicle. He failed field sobriety tests, along with blood tests from the incident that returned positive for cocaine.
Stowell will return to the Williamson Town Court to answer charges.
