Police: Buffalo man charged with felony assault, burglary after Geneva incidents

Christopher Smith, 39, of Buffalo was charged with felony counts of burglary and assault.

The charges stem from two incidents- the first occurring on March 21 where he physically harmed a person under 17. The second occurred on May 8, where Smith forcibly entered a dwelling despite an active court order.

He was held for arraignment and will appear in city court at a later date.
