Kyle K. Rogers, a 38-year-old man from Watkins Glen, pleaded guilty to possessing stolen property, according to the Schuyler County District Attorney’s Office. On Thursday, April 11, Rogers admitted his involvement in a November incident involving a stolen trailer valued at approximately $10,000.

Rogers faced charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, a class D felony. The guilty plea led to his sentencing as a second felony offender. Consequently, Rogers will serve between two and a half to five years in state prison.

The stolen property charge traces back to an investigation by the New York State Police, who identified Rogers in possession of the trailer reported stolen in November 2023.
