Thompson Health will start requiring weekly testing and daily screenings for unvaccinated employees

The policies are changing for Thompson Health surrounding Covid-19 vaccinations and testing for their staff.

Thompson will be requiring staff that has chosen to forfeit the vaccination get tested weekly for the virus as well as being screened for symptoms daily.

These requirements apply to all staff employed at any Thompson location.

At this time, 84% of employees are vaccinated.
