Sheriff: Waterloo man sold drugs, now faces felony charges

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Waterloo man following an investigation into drug sales in the village.

Timothy Skinner III, of Waterloo was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance, three counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

It’s alleged that while in the village of Waterloo, Skinner possessed approximately one-third of an ounce of crack cocaine, digital scales, a cutting agent, and suboxone.

He was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
