The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 32-year-old woman following an investigation into a child, who walked outside and down the street while in her care.
Police say Kaley L. Garman, 32, of Seneca Falls was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on March 4th at approximately 12:25 p.m.
She’s accused of caring for a 3-year-old child who was left unattended, and left the residence – walking down the street unsupervised.
Police say the child was also not wearing adequate clothing for the cold conditions.
Garman was secured at the Seneca County Correctional Facility, according to police, pending arraignment.
