A Geneva man was charged with petit larceny Friday after Byrne Dairy staff reported that a 12-pack of beer was stolen, police said.
Ramon Arroyo-Morales, 49, was arrested on Castle Street after the complaint, according to the Geneva Police Department's Sept. 28 arrest blotter.
Police accused Arroyo-Morales of taking a 12-pack of Corona beer valued at $22.60.
He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for Geneva City Criminal Court at a later date, the department said.
