A Geneva driver was charged with drug-impaired driving Friday after police stopped a vehicle on North Main Street for traveling 43 mph in a 30-mph zone.
Joannie O'Donovan, 29, was arrested after officers determined that O'Donovan was impaired by drugs while driving on a public road, according to the Geneva Police Department's Sept. 28 arrest blotter.
Police charged O'Donovan with driving while ability impaired by drugs and speeding in a zone.
O'Donovan was processed and issued an appearance ticket for Geneva City Criminal Court at a later date, the department said.
