Wayne County deputies seek man wanted on animal cruelty charge

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted on an animal cruelty-related charge.

Kenneth B. Larock, 35, is wanted on a charge of torturing or injuring animals or failure to provide sustenance, according to a wanted poster released by the sheriff’s office. Authorities described Larock as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The sheriff’s office did not provide details about the circumstances surrounding the charge or where Larock was last seen.

Anyone with information about Larock’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at 315-946-9711. Authorities said members of the public should not attempt to take police action themselves.
