SUNY Oswego recognized 27 Wayne County students on its President's List and Dean's List for the spring 2026 semester.
The university placed 16 county residents on the President's List and 11 on the Dean's List based on their semester grade point averages and completed academic credits.
President's List students earned a semester grade point average of at least 3.8 while carrying the required credits. Wayne County students receiving the honor were:

- Amelia J. Paige of Palmyra, anthropology.
- Brady Panmeitz of Ontario, music with a focus on audio recording and production.
- Andrew K. Saylor of Macedon, biology.
- David B. Southwick of Red Creek, technology education.
- Danielle Starszyak of Macedon, sociology.
- Preston Van Dusen of Sodus, electrical and computer engineering.
- Whitney M. Wilson of North Rose, creative writing.
Dean's List students earned semester grade point averages from 3.3 through 3.79 while carrying the required credits. Wayne County students receiving that honor were:
