An unoccupied West Bloomfield home suffered significant damage in a late-night fire Tuesday, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded around 11:52 p.m. to the single-family residence on County Road 14 and found it fully engulfed in flames.
Emergency crews extinguished the fire. The sheriff's release did not report any injuries.
Firefighters from Ionia, East Avon, West Bloomfield, East Bloomfield, Honeoye Falls and Mendon assisted at the scene. Honeoye Falls Ambulance and Ontario County Emergency Management also responded.
The exact cause remains under investigation. Deputies said the preliminary investigation indicated the fire was not suspicious.
