Charges against Ithaca man who helped woman in dog attack dropped

Charges against an Ithaca man who helped a woman during a dog attack outside Wegmans have been dismissed, according to 14850. Ira McKinley had faced four charges after the June incident.

Tompkins County District Attorney Matt Van Houten moved to dismiss the charges after reviewing the evidence and circumstances.
