An Addison man was charged with multiple misdemeanor driving offenses after a traffic stop in the village of Bath, police said.
The Bath Police Department said an officer stopped a vehicle on West Morris Street around 4:42 p.m. July 4 for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
Police said the driver, Dandre R. Hill, 25, of Addison, was suspected of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol during the stop.
After standardized field sobriety tests, Hill was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher, and driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol.
Police said Hill also faces other vehicle and traffic violations.
Hill was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Bath Village Court at a later date.
