A Virginia Beach man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after deputies found him in a running pickup truck in a Canandaigua parking lot late Saturday, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Hunter J. Pylman, 29, of Virginia Beach, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. July 4 at 250 North Bloomfield Road after a 911 caller reported a man slumped over the wheel.
Investigators determined Pylman was operating the vehicle and was intoxicated after standardized field sobriety tests, according to the release.
Deputies said Pylman provided a breath sample that showed his blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.
Pylman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
