Police said multiple witnesses approached officers when they arrived and identified the person involved.

Nateah Ellison, 32, was arrested and charged with first-degree public lewdness, a Class A misdemeanor, police said.

Ellison was arraigned in Ithaca City Court and remanded to Tompkins County Jail under New York's harm-to-harm provision, according to police.

Police said people arrested by the department are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
