A Rochester man was charged after Wayne County deputies said he and two others broke into Gallo's in Williamson and stole items in late May.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Chase C. Danylak, 19, of Lehigh Avenue in Rochester, was arrested after an investigation into a burglary at the business.
Deputies said Danylak, another adult male and a juvenile intentionally damaged the lock and door at Gallo's at about 3:12 a.m. May 30, then unlawfully entered the building and stole items.
Danylak was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for fingerprints and photos and was held to await CAP Court.
Deputies said an additional arrest is pending.
