A 67-year-old Victor man was arrested Tuesday evening after deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver in a residential area.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Falcons Point around 6:18 p.m. on April 14, where they located the vehicle and determined the driver was operating while intoxicated.
Authorities identified the driver as Hitesh Patel, 67, of Victor. Following their investigation, deputies took Patel into custody and charged him with driving while intoxicated.
