A Rochester woman is facing multiple charges after deputies found her in a vehicle inside Seneca Lake Park during closed hours early Wednesday morning.
The arrest happened around 2 a.m. on April 15, when Seneca County Sheriff’s deputies were conducting a property check at the park and located a vehicle that was not authorized to be there.
Deputies identified the driver as Deanna Robinson, 32, of Rochester, and said she showed several signs of intoxication during their investigation. Authorities also reported finding open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle.
Following further investigation, Robinson was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both misdemeanors, along with open container and other traffic violations. A chemical breath test later recorded her blood alcohol content at 0.19%.
Robinson is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on May 20 to answer the charges.
