A tense scene unfolded inside Rochester General Hospital when a man pulled a gun while demanding to take his brother home, according to WHAM.
Police say the man argued with staff who wouldn’t release his brother because he wasn’t medically cleared. As security tried to manage the situation, he drew a gun and pointed it at staff, prompting an officer to confront him and force him to drop the weapon.
The 35-year-old now faces multiple charges, including menacing and weapon possession, and remains jailed on bail. No injuries were reported, and the case heads to court this week.
