Penn Yan Police said Nicola A. Costa, 19, of Irondequoit, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and possession of alcohol under 21.
Police also arrested Tristan J. Reed, 21, of Hamden, charging him with fifth-degree conspiracy in connection with the incident.
