Police arrested a man following a disturbance at a Seneca Falls residence on March 22.
Sean Terry, 42, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Terry was charged with four counts of harassment in the second degree, a violation.
He also faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Police transported Terry to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims.
