The charges stem from an incident in which Herman allegedly damaged a television he did not own and shoved the victim, deputies said.

Herman was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center for processing. He was then turned over to the county’s Corrections Division to await arraignment in Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court at 8 a.m. Feb. 27.
