Deputies say a hit-and-run crash in Victor ended with a drunk driving arrest Sunday night.
Kyler Villarreal, 25, of Canandaigua, now faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a report of a hit-and-run crash on High Street around 7:02 p.m. on Feb. 22. Investigators say Villarreal left the scene after causing property damage.
During the investigation, deputies determined Villarreal operated a vehicle while intoxicated. They also found he drove while his license was revoked.
Deputies took Villarreal into custody at 7:58 p.m., the release states.
