Police arrested a Canandaigua man early Feb. 28 after a traffic stop on Eastern Boulevard.
Jason C. Coons, 51, was charged with driving while intoxicated after officers observed his vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign.
Coons was released to a third party with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
