Deputies arrested a man following a domestic disturbance call in the Town of Victor.
Todd Epstein was taken into custody after deputies responded to a 911 call at a Murphy Drive residence.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said Epstein was charged with menacing in the third degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest.
Deputies transported Epstein to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
