Police arrested a man after investigators tied him to a stolen credit card used at a Target store.
Robert Rocco Ruglio, 66, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree. Investigators say he used a stolen credit card to buy $412 in gift cards on October 20 at the Target on Commons Boulevard in Victor.
Ruglio was arrested without incident on January 6 at the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The case was handled by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division.
