Deputies arrested a Lyons woman after an investigation uncovered multiple outstanding warrants for theft and stolen property charges.
Kathleen Shoemaker-Kelley, 44, was taken into custody at her home on Stokes Road, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Shoemaker-Kelley had failed to appear in court several times after being charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. She was arrested on December 9 and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court that evening at 7 p.m. to answer to the charges.
