Deputies arrested a Pittsford man after finding him intoxicated at a gas station in Victor.
Prannoyjit Branejee, 37, was taken into custody around 6:53 p.m. on Nov. 25 following an investigation at the Kwik Fill on State Route 96, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Branejee was found to be impaired and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI). He was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
He’ll return to Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
