A driver was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in the Town of Covert. The arrest occurred around 10:26 p.m. on March 25, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Carrie Wolf, 48, of Trumansburg, was taken into custody after deputies stopped her vehicle.
Deputies said the stop was initiated for failure to keep right and operating an uninspected vehicle. Following an investigation, Wolf was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center.
Authorities said Wolf refused to submit to a chemical breath test and was held for CAP Court.
