Deputies arrested a Silver Creek man early Monday morning after a traffic stop in the Town of Ovid led to a high blood alcohol reading.
According to Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson, Ryan Ambrose was pulled over just after midnight on November 24. Deputies determined he was driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.18%, more than twice the legal limit.
Ambrose was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and taken into custody without incident. He was later released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to face the charge in Ovid Town Court.
