Deputies arrested a man late Saturday after a traffic stop in the town of Tyre led to a DWI charge.
Rafael Atilano, of Auburn, was taken into custody around 11:45 p.m. on November 23, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials say the arrest followed a police investigation at the scene. Atilano was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date to face the charge.
