Snow and cold didn’t stop hundreds from rallying in Canandaigua for a “No Kings” protest, according to the Democrat and Chronicle.
Demonstrators lined the area with signs criticizing federal leadership and calling for democracy-focused reforms. The event was one of more than 100 held across New York and part of a larger wave of over 3,000 protests nationwide.
Organizers say similar rallies in the area have drawn strong turnout in recent months, signaling continued local engagement as the movement builds.
