A Canandaigua man is facing felony charges after police say he was caught driving drunk with a revoked license on October 19.
Officers arrested 74-year-old Daniel M. Catalfamo after responding to a report of an intoxicated man trying to drive away from Phoenix Street around 6:21 p.m. A vehicle matching the description was spotted swerving on Ontario Street and was pulled over shortly after.
Police determined Catalfamo was intoxicated and arrested him for felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. According to officers, he had a prior DWI conviction and his license had already been revoked for a related offense.
Catalfamo was taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
