The Village of Victor Urban Renewal Agency is pursuing the acquisition of a parcel at 33 School St. for potential future development.
The proposed purchase is under review and negotiation as part of efforts tied to the village’s Urban Renewal Plan adopted in 2002.
The property includes a vacant lot measuring about 0.82 acres.
If the purchase is completed, the parcel would become part of the agency’s property portfolio.
Final purchase terms, including the closing date and acquisition cost, have not been determined.
The agency plans to hold a public information session on the proposal during its regularly scheduled meeting April 9.
