A woman high on meth hit four trick-or-treaters while backing out of a driveway in Chenango, seriously injuring a 14-year-old boy and two adults, according to WBNG.
Deputies say 60-year-old Ann Affolder of Binghamton sped onto Morningside Drive Friday night and struck the group. One man was trapped under the car with major injuries; the teen suffered serious hip damage.
Affolder was arrested at the scene and charged with multiple felonies, including first-degree vehicular assault. She’s being held without bail in the Broome County Jail.
