Deputies arrested two people following a reported shoplifting incident at Eastview Mall.
Nicholas J. Scalzo and Kristina M. Koester, both 34 and of Fairport, were charged with petit larceny.
The incident happened March 22 at Von Maur.
Deputies said the pair concealed merchandise valued at $170 in a shopping bag and left without paying.
Both were taken to the sheriff’s office substation and released on appearance tickets.
They are scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
