Deputies made an arrest following a retail theft investigation tied to a Victor store.
Courtney L. Simpson, 29, of Canandaigua, was charged with petit larceny after deputies said she took merchandise from Kohl’s without paying.
The items were taken on March 17 and had a total value of $785.49.
Authorities said Simpson concealed multiple items and passed all points of sale without payment.
She was arrested March 22 at the Canandaigua Police Department.
Simpson was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
