The family of 17-year-old Tre-Shaud Littell is offering a $5,000 reward for information that helps identify the driver who struck and killed him, according to State Police.
Littell was found dead early last Thursday on Pre-Emption Road in Geneva. Investigators believe the driver fled the scene. His family is urging anyone with dashcam, Ring, or security footage from the area to come forward.
