Crews blocked off a busy stretch of Route 96B in Ithaca after a water main break shut down the road in both directions, according to WBNG.
The closure runs from Prospect Street to East State Street near the Ithaca Commons. City officials haven’t said when it’ll reopen.
Drivers are urged to find another way around while repairs continue.
