Seneca Falls woman charged with DWI under Leandra’s Law after erratic driving report

SENECA FALLS — A local woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after police said she was reported driving erratically with children in the vehicle.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department said Brittany Clink, 38, of Seneca Falls, was stopped on March 31 around 4:17 p.m. after being reported “all over the road” while operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway.

Following a roadside investigation, officers determined Clink was operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs. Police said three children under the age of 17 were in the vehicle at the time, resulting in charges under Leandra’s Law.

Clink was charged with driving while intoxicated and processed before being released with an appearance ticket. The case was closed by arrest.
