A high school senior in Palmyra turned his passion for cars into a fundraiser, organizing the district’s first-ever car show to support the Pal-Mac school band, according to RochesterFirst.com.
Jonas Henley brought together more than 60 vehicles — including tractors and motorcycles — despite rainy weather. He spent years planning the event to reconnect his community after the pandemic and rally support for student musicians.
The show drew local sponsors, featured live band performances, and raised funds for the school. Henley hopes the event becomes an annual tradition after he graduates.
