Former Penn State wide receiver Julian Crushshon-Fleming has been charged with vehicular homicide after a DUI crash killed his girlfriend, according to WETM.
The crash happened in May when Crushshon-Fleming lost control of an ATV in Columbia Township. Police say he was under the influence and neither he nor 23-year-old Alyssa Boyd wore safety gear. Boyd died at the scene; Crushshon-Fleming was hospitalized.
He turned himself in on Oct. 8 and now faces multiple felony charges, including homicide by vehicle while DUI. He remains in jail on $75,000 bail.
