A Newark man is facing charges after allegedly distributing explicit photos of two women without their permission.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year-old Cody Barber was arrested on October 6 and charged with two counts of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.
Investigators say Barber sent intimate photos of two women to a third party without the women’s knowledge or consent. The investigation led to charges being filed against him earlier this week.
Barber was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date.
