Rob Montana will step into the vice president role at the Tompkins Chamber after four years leading communications at Visit Ithaca, according to The Tompkins Weekly. He was chosen from more than 100 applicants.
Montana brings 25 years of experience in media, nonprofits, and community leadership. He’ll now oversee major workforce and economic initiatives, including the Employer Resource Network and Live + Work in Ithaca.
Chamber leaders say his local roots and strategic mindset make him the right pick to help grow the county’s business community.
