Praised for its prepared foods, service, and community outreach, the Rochester-based chain also placed in four specialty categories, including No. 6 for Best Deli. Wegmans operates 50 stores in New York — its largest market.
ALDI, with 139 New York locations, also made the list at No. 7 overall.
