A Dundee man was arrested Tuesday evening on an active warrant issued by the Town of Starkey Court, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
James P. Mahan, 55, was taken into custody at about 5:19 p.m. in Dundee.
Deputies charged Mahan with aggravated family offense, criminal contempt in the second degree, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Authorities said he was transported to the Yates County Jail, where he is being held pending centralized arraignment proceedings.
