Stroke survivors and their caregivers can connect, share, and learn during a free virtual support group hosted by UR Medicine Thompson Health.
The next meeting of the regional Stroke Support Group will take place Thursday, Oct. 2 at 1 p.m. via Zoom.
The group is open to anyone affected by stroke — including survivors, loved ones, and care partners. To receive a Zoom invite, email [email protected].
F.F. Thompson Hospital, which hosts the group, is a New York State-designated Stroke Center with advanced certification from The Joint Commission. It also holds the American Heart Association’s Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award for its commitment to high-quality stroke care.
