Deputies arrested a man in Rose after a domestic incident involving property damage, harassment, and a weapon — all in front of a child.
Todd J. Sincerbeaux, 40, was taken into custody on Sept. 16 after deputies responded to his home on Route 414. Investigators say he broke a phone, a window, and a door frame, then continued to harass the victim during the disturbance.
Sincerbeaux, a convicted felon, was also allegedly found with a shotgun belonging to the victim. He now faces multiple charges, including second-degree harassment, three counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
He was taken to CAP Court and is expected to appear in Rose Town Court at a later date.
